摘    要:采用L9(3^4)正交试验研究了在70%透光条件下,架空光雾苗床上轻型扦插基质、ABT浓度、处理时间对软枣猕猴桃两种果型的结果期枝条生根率的影响.结果显示:扦插基质在d=0.05水平上差异显著,q检验表明基质A2与A1,A3差异极显著;扦插基质以浮石30%、草炭土40%、枯叶粉碎物27.5%、木炭2.5%为最佳基质;扦插组合为质量浓度200mg/LABT1生根粉处理0.5h生根率最高.

Abstract:The effects of lighter cuttage culture matrix, ABT concentration and treatment time on rooting percentage of two types of fruits of Actinidia arguta with fruit period were analyzed in sunlight and spray seedlings beds without foundation by using orthogonal tests of L9 (3^4 ) under the condition of 70% sunlight flux. The results showed that the difference was significant at the level of a = 0.05 for the cutting culture matrix, in which the difference between A2 and A1, A3 was significant known from further q-test. Thus it was clear that the cutting culture matrix composed of 30% of pumice ,40% of turf soil,27.5% of clastic dead leaves and 2.5% of charcoal was the best culture matrix. The cutting combination was the ABT 1, mass fraction 200 mg/L and the treatment time was 0.5 hour. The rooting percentage could attain the highest.
