乳腺癌改良根治术后皮下积液的预防和治疗145例临床分析

目的探讨乳腺癌改良根治术后皮下积液的预防和治疗方法．方法回顾性分析了2003--2008年145例乳腺癌改良根治术后皮下积液的预防和治疗经验．结果本组145病例中，52例出现皮下积液，发生率为35．9％．皮下积液经局部处理后，皮下积液的患者均在20d内痊愈．其中，低位切开引流6例，有4例出现长期积液，在低位切开引流的同时，采用刮勺搔刮后2周内积液腔粘连愈合．结论采取综合预防和治疗措施明显降低了皮下积液的发生率，提高了患者的术后生活质量．

Prevention and Treatment of 145 Cases with Accumulative Liquid of Subcutaneous after Modified Radical Mastectomy of Breast Cancer

Objective To explore the prevention and treatment method of accumulative liquid of subcutaneous after modified radical mastectomy of breast cancer. Method A retrospective analysis of prevention and treatment in 145 cases with accumulative liquid of subcutaneous after modified radical mastectomy of breast cancer from 2003 to 2008. Results In 145 patients of this group,52 patients had accumulative liquid of subcutaneous. The incidence was 35.9%. After the partial treatment, the majority of accumulative liquid of subcutaneous patients were cured within 20 days. There are 4 cases with prolonged accumulative liquid within 6 cases of low incision and drainage. Using the method of low incision and drainage and scraping spoon simultaneously the fluid cavity conglutination healed after two weeks. Conclusion The comprehensive prevention measures had reduced the incidence of the accumulative liquid of subcutaneous, enhanced the postoperative quality of life.
