普通小麦×斯卑尔脱小麦重组近交系群体构建及性状遗传变异分析

摘    要:以普通小麦3338和斯卑尔脱小麦Altgold为亲本杂交,从F2代开始采用单粒传法构建了含188个重组近交系的群体,对该群体的抽穗期、株高、每穗小穗数、穗长、不孕小穗率、旗叶长、旗叶宽、芒长8个农艺性状的变异进行了分析。结果表明,该重组近交系群体存在着广泛的遗传变异,各性状的变异系数在6.55%到93.38%范围内变化。除芒长、穗长外,其余6个性状都符合或近似正态分布,表现为数量性状遗传特点,是一个适合遗传作图的理想群体。对株高和抽穗期两个性状的遗传参数进行了估计,广义遗传力分别为88%和58%。

Abstract:A population of 188 recombination inbred lines (RILs) derived by single seed descended from the cross of the common wheat variety (Triticum aestivum L.) 3338 and the spelt wheat variety (Triticum spelta L.) Altgold, was established and frequency distribution of 8 agronomic traits (heading time, plant height, spikelet number per spike, spike length, percentage of sterile spikelets, flag leaf length, flag leaf width and awn length) were determined. The results showed that significant genetic variations existed in the studied traits, coefficient of variation vary from 6.55% to 93.38%, and 6 traits showed normal distribution in the RILs population. Therefore, this population can be considered to be an ideal material for further constructing genetic map. Genetic parameters were also estimated for plant height and heading time, and broad-sense heritability was 58% and 88% respectively for the two traits.
