| 摘 要： | 20世纪交叉学科的蓬勃发展,导致了大学中跨学科研究组织的出现。本文在论述了大学、跨学科研究与跨学科研究组织的关系以及跨学科研究组织出现的原因之后,在对比的基础上,论述了跨学科研究组织与大学传统的学术组织的不同以及跨学科研究组织的管理创新。

| Abstract: | Interdisciplinary which brought on the interdisciplinary research organization in the university has been flourishing developed in the 20th century.In this paper,after discussing the relationship among the university,interdisciplinary research and interdisciplinary research organizations,we also discuss it's differences and it's management innovations of interdisciplinary research organization when comparing to the traditional research organization in the university. |
