提高农村土地整治工程布局及质量相关问题探讨

通过开展农村土地整治项目，对推进新农村建设和统筹城乡区域发展，确保耕地总量动态平衡和耕地占补平衡，促进三农问题的解决等，具有十分重要的作用。以重庆市某区域土地整理项目为例，通过文献综述法、实例分析法等研究方法，剖析其土地整治项目中存在的问题，并分析出产生问题的原因，最后针对存在的问题提出了加强地形图测量、加强基础数据及资料的收集、建立特长专家数据库、加强施工现场管理等相应的对策与建议，从而保证农村土地整治工作的顺利实施，农村土地整治工作再上一个台阶。

Related Issues Discussed about How to Improve the Quality and Distribution of the Rural Land Consolidation Project

Through the development of land consolidation project in rural areas,to promote the development of new rural construction and balance urban and rural areas,to ensure that the total cultivated land dynamic equilibrium and arable land accounts for dynamic balance,promote the solution of the‘three agricultural’ problems and so on,plays a very important role.Based on a certain area of land consolidation project in Chongqing,this paper used the methods of literature review,case analysis etc,analyzed the problems existing in the land consolidation project,and analyzed the cause of the problem.Finally put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems,such as strengthen the topographic survey,strengthen basic data and information collection,establish special expert database,strengthen the management of the construction site and so on,to ensure the smooth implementation of the land consolidation,and the work of land consolidation to a higher level.
