| 摘 要： | 总结了填料塔中排管式液体分布器的工程设计、制造、安装经验，从提高液体分布器的初始分布质量并相应提高填料塔的传质效率方面着手，提出对传统排管式液体分布器进行合理的结构改进，并采用评价理论进行验证。结果表明，新型结构的排管式液体分布器性能比传统结构优越。通过在林产化工、制药、精细化工等行业中的实际生产应用，达到满意的效果。

| Abstract: | Experience on engineering design,manufacture and installation of ladder liquid distributor were summarized,and a more resonable structure was suggested to improve initial distribution and mass transfer efficiency of liquid distributor.Through assessment theory,it has been proved that the new structure is more advantageous in function than that of traditional liquid distributor .Satisfactory results have been achieved through its practical applications in industries of forest chemicals,pharmaceuticals and fine chemicals. |
