饲粮中添加梧桐子油和罗格列酮对绵羊生产性能、血清激素和生化指标的影响

摘    要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加硬脂酰辅酶A去饱和酶(SCD)的抑制剂(梧桐子油)和促进剂(罗格列酮)对育肥绵羊生产性能以及与脂肪代谢相关血清激素和生化指标的影响。选用18只平均体重为(27.71±2.64)kg、体况相似的杂交公羊(美利奴羊×小尾寒羊♀),随机分为3组,每组6只。对照组(C组)饲喂基础饲粮+4.8%胡麻籽,梧桐子油组(W组)饲喂C组饲粮+15 g/d梧桐子油,罗格列酮组(L组)饲喂C组饲粮+8 mg/d罗格列酮。试验期50 d,其中过渡期10 d,预试期5 d,正试期35 d。结果表明:1)生产性能方面,饲粮中添加梧桐子油和罗格列酮对绵羊生产性能、屠宰性能和产肉性能均无显著影响(P0.05);脂肪沉积方面,W组的背膘厚比C组和L组分别提高了12.55%和17.23%(P0.05)。2)血清激素指标方面,与C组相比,W组血清生长激素(GH)、胰高血糖素(GC)和瘦素(LEP)含量均显著升高(P0.05),L组血清GC含量显著升高(P0.05);3)血清生化指标方面,与C组相比,W组血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)的含量均显著升高(P0.05),L组血清TG的含量显著高于C组(P0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加梧桐子油和罗格列酮对绵羊生产性能、屠宰性能和产肉性能等均无显著影响,但梧桐子油显著提高了绵羊的背膘厚度;饲粮中添加梧桐子油可以显著提高绵羊血清GH、GC和LEP含量,罗格列酮可以显著提高血清GC含量;饲粮中添加梧桐子油能显著提高绵羊血清HDL-C、LDL-C、TC和TG的含量,罗格列酮可显著提高血清TG的含量。

Abstract:The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation of SCD inhibitor ( sycamore seed oil) and accelerator ( rosiglitazone) on production performance, serum hormone and biochem-ical indexes relevant to lipid metabolism of fattening sheep.Eighteen crossbreed ram ( Merino sheep ×thin-tail Han sheep♀), similar in body weight (27.71±2.64) kg] and body condition, were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 sheep per group.Sheep in control group ( C group) were fed a basal diet+4.8% linseeds;those in sycamore seed oil group ( W group) were fed the diet in C group supplemented with 15 g/d sycamore seed oil;those in rosiglitazone group ( L group) were fed the diet in C group supplemented with 8 mg/d rosiglita-zone.The trial period lasted for 50 d consisting 10 d of transition period, 5 d of pre-trial period and 35 d of tri-al period.The results showed as follows:1) about production performance, the addition of sycamore seed oil and rosiglitazone in diets had no significant effects on production performance, slaughter performance and meat productivity ( P>0.05); about adipose deposition, backfat thickness in W group was significantly higher than that in C group and L group by 12.55%and 17.23%, respectively ( P<0.05) .2) About serum hormone inde-xes, serum contents of growth hormone ( GH) , glucagon ( GC) and leptin ( LEP) in W group were signifi-cantly higher than those in C group ( P<0.05), and serum GC content in L group was significantly higher bthan that in C group(P<0.05).3) About serum biochemical indexes, compared with C group, serum con-tents of high density lipoprotein cholesferol ( HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesferol ( LDL-C), total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) were significantly increased in W group (P<0.05), but only serum TG content was significantly increased in L group ( P<0.05) .In conclusion, the addition of sycamore seed oil and rosiglitazone in diets had no significant effects on production performance, slaughter performance and meat productivity of sheep, but sycamore seed oil can significantly increase backfat thickness of sheep; the addition of sycamore seed oil in diet increases serum contents of GH, GC and LEP of sheep, and rosiglitazone can in-creases serum content of GC of sheep; serum contents of HDL-C, LDL-C, TC and TG of sheep in W group are significantly increased, and only serum TG content in L group is significantly increased.
