瘤胃保护型亮氨酸对滩羊母羊繁殖性能、消化性能及初乳品质的影响

摘    要:本试验旨在探讨瘤胃保护型亮氨酸(RP-Leu)对滩羊母羊繁殖性能、消化性能及初乳品质的影响。选取体重为(42.18±2.62)kg的经产滩羊母羊48只,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复4只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在对照组基础上分别添加0.10%、0.20%和0.30%的RP-Leu。试验期为妊娠后第35天始至分娩后第60天(断奶)结束。结果表明:与对照组相比,妊娠期母羊饲粮添加0.20%RP-Leu显著提高了羔羊初生重和断奶重(P0.05),显著提高了妊娠期母羊粗蛋白质的表观消化率(P0.05),显著提高了初乳中乳脂、乳蛋白和乳糖含量(P0.05),同时显著降低了母羊分娩后第15天血清尿素氮含量(P0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加0.20%RP-Leu能够改善妊娠滩羊氮沉积和初乳品质,同时实现促进羔羊生长发育的目的。

Abstract:The objective of the present experiment was to determine the effects of rumen protected leucine ( RP-Leu) on reproductive performance, digestion performance and colostrums quality of ewes of Tan sheep. Forty-eight multiparity ewes of Tan sheep with an average body weight of (42.18±2.62) kg were randomly as-signed into 4 groups ( 3 replicates per group, and 4 ewes per replicate) .Control group used a basal diet, and experimental groups were supplemented 0, 0.10% , 0.20% and 0.30% RP-Leu based on control group, respec-tively.The trial began at 35 d after conception and ended at 60 d ( weaning) after parturition.The results showed as follows:compared with control group, the supplementation of 0.20% RP-Leu in diet for pregnant e-wes significantly increased birth weight and weaner weight of their lambs (P<0.05), significantly increased the apparent digestibility of crude protein of pregnant ewes of Tan sheep ( P<0.05) , significantly increased the contents of milk fat, milk protein and lactose of colostrums ( P<0.05) , and significantly decreased the content of serum urea nitrogen of ewes at 15 d after parturition (P<0.05).In conclusion, dietary supplementation of RP-Leu can improve nitrogen deposition and colostrums quality of ewes of Tan sheep, and improve growth and development of their lambs.
