大型斜式轴流泵站进水流道的优化设计

摘    要:本文建立了表达大型泵站进水流道三维可变形状的数学模型,并对各种不同形状斜式边水流道内的流场进行了有限元计算,以流道出口断面的流速不均匀度最小为优化设计的目标,在流道主要线性尺寸一定的前提下,获得最佳的斜式进水流道型线。

Abstract:The mathematic model expressing 3-D shape of the inlet passage of a large pumping station is established and then the flowfield in various passages with oblique pump set are calculated with finite clement method. The optimization object of the varied passages is that the nonuniformity of the velocities at the outlet section of the passage is minimum, for the sake of which the optimum passage shape is determined with the given main linear dimensions of the passage.
