摘    要:分析了酒泉市肃州区食用菌发展存在的问题,从食用菌种类和品种选择;根据经济条件选择栽培方式;加强技术创新,努力使生产技术本地化、实用化;严格管理,提高菌种质量;处理好政府、企业、农户及科技部门的关系方面提出发展建议.

Abstract:In this paper,the existing problems of development of edible fungus industry were analyzed and some suggestions were put forward such as selecting varieties,choosing cultivation techniques according to economic conditions,strengthening technology innovation,trying hard to make the production technology more practice,enhancing the strain quality;improving the relationships of government,enterprises,household and sci-tech departments.
