提高农业高校学报学术质量的对策

对入选中国科技论文统计期刊的农学期刊的被引频次、影响因子和基金论文比的计算结果进行了排序分析，结果表明：农业高校学报在农业科研领域中有一定的影响力，但与其他农学期刊相比还有较大差距，农业高校学报的学术质量亟待提高。农业高校学报要强化主编和编辑的学术质量意识，依托自身的学术和地域优势，采取优稿优酬、优先发表基金课题论文和引导作者引用本校学报论文等方法，提高学报的被引频次和影响因子。

Countermeasure of raising academic quality of agricultural university''''s journals

The total citation, impact factor and rate of fund thesis of selected agricultural periodicals are ordered and analysed. The result shows that agricultural university's journals have certain influence in the agri-scientific research field. But they still have a wide gap with the other agricultural periodicals and their academic quality demands urgently to improve. In order to increase the total citation and the impact factor, the agricultural university's journals should strengthen the editors' consciousness of academic quality, rely on their own advantage of academy and region, adopt the way of excellent draft excellent reward and giving priority in publishing fund thesis, etc.
