摘    要:蜜源-糖醋液是一种广谱性引诱剂,对多种害虫均有引诱作用。为了筛选蜜源-糖醋液对苜蓿盲蝽引诱的最佳配比,利用正交试验设计方法设计了9种不同配比的蜜源-糖醋液,研究其对苜蓿盲蝽的诱集效果。结果表明:不同配比的蜜源-糖醋液的引诱量之间存在显著性差异,当糖、醋、酒精、枣蜜的配比为20∶15∶5∶2时,蜜源-糖醋液对苜蓿盲蝽的诱集量最大,为每3d引诱(94±32.79)头;蜜源-糖醋液对雌、雄苜蓿盲蝽均有引诱作用,且诱集到的雌虫数量高于雄虫。不同时期,相同配比的蜜源-糖醋液的引诱量也存在明显差异;而且随着时间的延长,引诱数量呈下降趋势,尤其是10d之后的引诱量显著降低。

Study on the trapping effect of honey-suger-acetic acid-ethanol to Adelphocoris lineolatus Goeze

Abstract:The mixture of honey-suger-acetic acid-ethanol is a broad spectra attractant ,which can attract many insects .In order to determine the best optimum formulas of the mixture of honey-suger-acetic acid-ethanol to attract A delphocoris lineolatus , nine different compounding ratios of the mixture honey-suger-acetic acid-ethanol were designed using the experiment method of orthogonal design so as to research the best formulas of trapping effect to A del-phocoris lineolatus in alfalfa field .The results showed significant differences among the dif-ferent formulas .The largest average number of trapping was 94 ± 32 .79 in three days when choosing the formula 20∶15∶5∶2 of suger ,acetic acid ,ethanol ,and Jujube honey .Both male and female insects were attracted by the mixture of honey-suger-acetic acid-ethanol , with the higher number of female than the male .Moreover ,it proves a significant difference in the same formula of honey-suger-acetic acid-ethanol as time go by ;particularly after ten days .
