| 摘 要： | 胡萝卜是目前世界各地最普遍食用的蔬菜之一，而延津县胡萝卜于2009年5月被确定为中华人民共和国地理标志登记产品，栽培历史悠久，且营养丰富，种植经济效益高。在无公害生产过程中，需要适时播种，合理密植，科学肥水管理，加强病虫害防治。
