| 摘 要： | 通过对峙培养法测定了哈茨木霉(Trichoderma harzianum Rifai Strain TXL051)对10种病原菌的拮杭作用,并对哈茨木霉在PDA液体培养基中产孢条件进行了研究。结果表明,哈茨木霉对10种病原菌均有抑制作用,是具有较好生防潜力的木霉菌。液体产孢最适条件pH 7,温度28℃,提高转数,增加光照均对产孢有促进作用。利用真菌18S rDNA通用引物扩增、测序获得了该哈茨木霉菌株的18S rDNA序列。

| Abstract: | The antagonism experiment by confront culture on PDA media was performed to measure the mycelium inhibitory efficiencies of Trichoerma harzianum against 10 Pathogenies,and the best condition of sporulation in liquid culture was studied.The results showed that T.harzianum had antagonism against those pathogenic fungi,and T.harzianum was stronger.The best condition of sporulation in liquid culture is pH 7,temperature 28 ℃,and high rotate speed and light can promote the sporulation of the fungus.18S rDNA of the T.harzianum Rifai Strain TXL051 was obtained by PCR amplification with 18S rDNA universal primer and sequencing. |
