芹菜叶制取叶绿素铜钠盐的工艺研究

摘    要:以新鲜的芹菜叶为材料,采用正交试验考察制取叶绿素铜钠盐的工艺优化条件。研究结果表明,芹菜叶叶绿素提取的最佳条件为:乙醇浓度为95%,料液比为1∶9,浸提时间为8h。叶绿素铜钠盐的制取工艺为:皂化pH值为11~12,皂化时间为30min,酸化铜代的pH值为2~3,温度为75℃,CuSO4的加入量为理论值的2倍,反应时间1.5h。

Abstract:The sodium copper chlorophyll was made from fresh Apium graveolens leaves and its technology conditions were studied through orthogonal test. The results showed that the optimal technology process of chlorophyll were as follows: the solvent was 95% ethanol, the ratio of solute to solvent was 1∶9 and the extracting time was 8 hours. The conditions of making sodium copper chlorophyll were as follows: the saponification at pH 11-12 for 30 min, acidifying treatment and copper chlorophyll at pH 2-3, 75℃ for 1.5 h, and the addition of CuSO4 to the theoretical value of 2 times, for 1.5 h.
