华杂五号及其不育系生理特性的研究

摘    要:研究华杂五号及其不育系986A的生理特征特性,比较华杂五号及其不育系986A与华杂四号及其不育系1141A在干物质积累、光合效率、叶绿素含量、抗寒特征以及种子酯酶同工酶谱带等方面的差异.结果表明:华杂五号及其不育系986A的一些生理性状在华杂四号及其不育系1141A的基础上得到明显改善,尤其是华杂五号在干物质积累、光合效率、根颈和花粉的抗寒性等特性方面比华杂四号具有明显优势.

Abstract:The physiological characteristics and property of Huaza No.5 and 986A were studied in this experiment.The results showed that some physiological characteristics of Huaza No.5 and 986A were obviously improved.Compared with Huaza No.4,Huaza No.5 had obvious advantages,especially the accumulation of dry matter,photosynthesis efficiency and cold resistance of root and pollen.
