| 摘 要： | 【研究目的】拟在对多种规划方案进行综合效益评价分析基础上，选择最优规划方案；【研究方法】采用层次分析法（AHP）和模糊综合评判方法，对土地整理项目拟产生的经济、社会和生态综合效益进行评价，以此确定项目最优规划方案；【研究结果】新增耕地数量、耕地质量提高程度等指标是影响综合效益的主要因素，也是规划方案确定所需考虑的首要因素；【研究结论】采用层次分析法和模糊综合评判方法进行土地整理项目规划方案择优具有较好的实用性。
