摘    要:本研究以番鸭为研究对象,研究复合酶制剂对肉鸭的饲喂效果。结果结果表明:在日粮能量水平低于NRC,而粗纤维含量超过NRC标准的番鸭日糖吵添加0.1%和0.2%酶制剂可分别提高6~8周龄番鸭生长速度17.01%(P〈0.05)和21.75%(P〈0.01);可显著提高肝脏、心脏占活重的比例(P〈0.05);复合酶制剂还能显著提高日糖 营养物质的消化率,显著提高钙、磷吸收率;可显著提高血清总蛋白(P〈0

Abstract:Muscovy ducks were used as animal model to determine the feeding value of complex enzyme. The results obtained from the experiment showed that the growth rates of the ducks at 6~8 week age fed with the diets contained 0.1% and 0.2% complex enzymes respectively wer 18.53% (P<0.05) and 23.26%(P<0.01) faster than that of the controlled groups respectively. Complex enzyme increased liver weight and heart weight(P<0.05) of the ducks, increased digestibility of nutrients and abosorptivity of calcium and hosphorus, increased concentrations of total protein(P<0.01), albumin (P<0.05) and globulin(P<0.01) in serum of the ducks and decreased excrement amount of feces, reduced concentrations(P<0.05) of blood sugar, uric acid, cholesterol, and triglyceride in serum, and reduced rescosity(P<0.01) of diggesta and excreta. It suggested that complex enzyme should be an effective feed additive for ducks.
