摘    要:通过制备藤黄微球菌菌悬液,选择最适菌层浓度,运用统计方法及精密度实验来制备标准反应曲线,建立氧氟沙星的残留检测方法,并进行了粪便中氧氟沙星的残留检测。结果表明,氧氟沙星在磷酸盐缓冲液中的最低检测限为0.5μg/mL,标准曲线的工作范围为0.5~8.0μg/g;在鸡粪便中添加氧氟沙星1.000μg和2.000μg/g的回收率分别为81.92±9.09和84.85±9.04。表明该方法灵敏度和回收率高,操作简便,不需特殊设备,样品用量少,易于推产话用干氢螽油厚酌窜号奔析.

Study on the Method of Detecting the Residue of Ofloxacin with Micrococcus luteus

Abstract:Set up the detection method for the residue of Ofloxaein and detected it in animal dung, through preparing micrococcus luteus suspension, choosing optimum concentration of bacteria, and preparing standard response curve with statistical method and precision experiment. The results indicated that the minimum detection limits of Ofloxaein in phosphate buffered solution(PBS) were 0.5μg/mL,and the work range of the standard curve was 0.5 - 8.0μg/g; The recoveries were 81.92 ± 9.09 and 84.85 ± 9.04 to add Ofloxacin into chicken manure by 1. 000μg/g and 2. 000μg/g. It indicated that the method was of high sensibility and recovery, simple operation, no special equipment needed, low expenditure of samples, easily extended, and it was suitable for quantitative analysis of Ofloxacin.
