摘    要:利用实验室保存的11株光合细菌,分别对废水中的常见有害物质氨氮、总磷、硫化物、亚硝酸盐进行降解,结果表明该11株光合细菌对氨氮的降解可从364mg/L降到210mg/L左右,最高的降解率为42.6%;对总磷的降解可从440mg/L降到30mg/L左右,最高降解率为93.2%;对硫化物的降解可从174mg/L降到50mg/L左右,最高降解率为71.3%;对亚硝酸盐的降解可从3.3mg/L降到几乎为0,最高降解率为100%。不同的光合细菌其降解的能力不同,最终确定4株对4种有害物质均有较好降解效果的光合细菌,为以后配制复合菌株提供相关的实验依据。

Photosynthetic Bacteria Degradate Hazardous Substances in Wastewater

Abstract:The study to degrade the common hazardous substances: ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, sulfide and nitrite in waste water by using laboratory - preserved 11 photosynthetic bacteria shows that the degradation of photosynthetic bacteria on the level of ammonia nitrogen is from 364mg/L to about 210mg/L, the highest degradation rate is 42. 6% ; the degrada- tion level of total phosphorus is from 440mg/L to about 30mg/L, the highest degradation rate is 93. 2% ; the degradation lev- el of sulfide is from 174mg/L to about 50mg/L, the maximum degradation rate is 71.3% ; the degradation level of nitrite drops from 3.3mg/L almost to O, the maximum degradation rate is 100%. Different photosynthetic bacteria have different degradation ability. In this research, we have found four photosynthetic bacteria can degrade these four hazards substance well. In addition, the present study can provide the underlying basis for some relative experiments to prepare for complex strains in the future.
