| Abstract: | In this essay, an overall comparison of, and a complete study of digital library building are made between China and the U.S. in their unified planning, unified technique standard and various means of raising funds. The gaps and problems that exist in digital library building in China at present are pointed out, and thus the measures taken to build China's digital library are put forward. |
