湿栽水芹小叶和叶柄营养成分分析

摘    要:以湿栽水芹为试材,分析了地上部小叶和叶柄中部分营养成分的含量及其在不同种植方式下的差异。结果表明,1.0cm粗花茎繁殖的产品品质指标含量总体上高于0.5cm以下细花茎繁殖的产品,露地栽培产品的品质指标高于保护地栽培。相同处理的小叶中Ca、Mg、Na、Fe、Zn及可溶性蛋白、VC、胡萝卜素、甘露醇和总黄酮含量均高于传统食用器官叶柄,表明湿栽水芹小叶的营养价值较高,建议推广湿栽水芹以小叶为食用器官的种植模式。

Abstract:Contents of 11 kinds of nutrient components and their differences in different cultivation conditions were tested in leaflets and petioles of water dropwort.The results showed that the contents of nutrient components in plants propagated by thick scapes were higher than those by thin scapes,and the contents in open field cultivation were higher than those in protected cultivation.The contents of Ca,Mg,Na,Fe,Zn and soluble protein,vitamin C,carotene,mannitol and total flavones in leaflets were higher than those in petioles in the same treatment.It indicated that leaflets of water dropwort had higher nutritive value.It is recommended that leaflets should be the main edible organ.
