摘    要:研究23种植物乙醇提取物,植物保护剂保卫德、15%烟碱在室内对黄曲条跳甲成虫的忌避活性.结果表明:处理后72h,烟草Nicotianatabacum、烟碱nicotinamide、艾蒿Artemisiaargyi、繁缕Stellariamedia、羊蹄甲Bauhiniavariegata乙醇提取物对黄曲条跳甲成虫的忌避效果最好,忌避率为84.45%-98.79%;花椒Zanthoxylumbungeanum、苦瓜Momordicacharantia、构树Broussonetiapapyrifera、莴苣Lactucasativa乙醇提取物忌避效果最差,忌避率为41.89%-59.13%;其余提取物忌避效果居中,忌避率为40.35%-97.07%.

Abstract:The deterrent effects of extracts from 23 non-preferable plants, plant protector BIOACT-T35, and 15% nicotinamide on the adult of the striped flea beetle (SFB), Phyllotreta striolata (F.) were tested. The result showed that the ethanol extracts from Nicotiana tabacum, nicotinamide, Artemisia argyi, Stellaria media and Bauhinia variegata had strong deterrent effects, which account for the deterrent rates between 84.45% and 98.79%. The ethanol extracts from Zanthoxylum bungeanum, Momordica charantia, Broussonetia papyrifera, Lactuca sativa had weaker effect on the insect with deterrent rates between 41.89%-59.13%, and other extracts had moderate effects.
