有机硒与无机硒对榆黄蘑菌丝生长的影响研究

摘    要:为研究不同硒源对榆黄蘑(Pleurotus citrinopileatus Sing.)菌丝生长的影响,在PDA培养基中添加不同浓度的有机硒C5H11NO2Se和无机硒Na2SeO3,通过菌丝培养,确定榆黄蘑菌丝培养的硒浓度。试验结果表明,在添加有机硒的试验组中,对照组和浓度0.10 mg·L^-1试验组的菌丝长势较好,其余浓度试验组(0.05 mg·L^-1、0.50 mg·L^-1、1.00 mg·L^-1、5.00 mg·L^-1)均对菌丝生长有不同程度的抑制。添加无机硒的试验组中,菌丝生长均受到不同程度的抑制,相较于浓度40 mg·L^-1、60 mg·L^-1、80 mg·L^-1试验组的培养基,浓度10 mg·L^-1~20 mg·L^-1试验组的菌丝长势较好。研究为榆黄蘑菌丝富硒培养提供了基础资料。

Abstract:In order to study the effects of different selenium on the mycelial growth condition of Pleurotus citrinopileatus,different concentrations of organic selenium(C5H11NO2Se)and inorganic selenium(Na2SeO3)were added to PDA medium to determine the selenium concentration by cultured mycelium.It showed that the mycelium vigor in control group and 0.10 mg·L^-1concentration group were better than other groups in the experiment with organic selenium added.Mycelial growth vigor was inhibited in different degree in all other concentration including 0.05 mg·L^-1,0.50 mg·L^-1,1.00 mg·L^-1and 5.00 mg·L^-1.It also indicated that all groups with inorganic selenium added,mycelial growth was inhibited in different degree.Compared with the higher concentration group including 40 mg·L^-1,60 mg·L^-1and 80 mg·L^-1,the growth of mycelium at a concentration of 10 mg·L^-1-20mg·L^-1was better.This study provides basic information for the selenium-enriched culture of P.citrinopileatus.
