桑树桑黄发酵菌粉在新型培养方法下的性能分析

摘    要:将抗菌肽基因导入桑树苗,获取抗病新型桑树苗,发酵新型桑树苗培养基,提取桑黄发酵菌粉,对比研究新型桑黄发酵菌粉与原始桑树桑黄子的性状,以及新型培养过程中碳源、氮源以及pH值对桑树桑黄发酵菌粉产量的影响。研究结果表明,新型桑树苗导入不同浓度的青枯菌后,成活率最低是12.6%,树苗的抗病性增强,成活率提高;新型桑黄发酵菌粉中,氨基酸总含量和Ca、Na、Fe、Zn、Mg的含量都高于原始桑树桑黄子实体,说明桑树桑黄发酵菌粉的新型培养方法可行;在实验过程中,选取碳氮含量是0.6%的氮源和4.0%的碳源,桑黄发酵菌在弱酸性环境中的产量更高。

Abstract:The antimicrobial peptide gene was introduced into mulberry seedlings to obtain new disease-resistant mulberry seedlings, ferment new mulberry seedlings culture medium and extract Phellinus igniarius fermentation powder. The characteristics of new P. igniarius fermentation powder and original P. igniarius seed were compared, and the effects of carbon source, nitrogen source and pH value on the yield of P. igniarius fermentation powder in the new culture process were studied. The results showed that the survival rate of new mulberry seedlings was the lowest 12.6% after introduction of different concentrations of bacterial wilt, and the disease resistance and survival rate of the seedlings were enhanced. The total content of amino acids and the contents of Ca, Na, Fe, Zn and Mg in the new P. igniarius fermentation powder were higher than those in the original mulberry yellow fruiting body, which indicated that the P. igniarius fermentation powder was higher than the original P. igniariusfruiting body. The new culture method is feasible. In the experiment, the carbon and nitrogen content is 0.6% and 4.0% of the carbon source, and the yield of P. igniarius fermentation bacteria is higher in weak acidic environment.
