珍稀共生食用真菌松茸DNA指纹研究

摘    要:利用RAPD分析技术他中国主产区野生松茸的DNAE指纹图谱。从40个随机引物中筛选到16个扩增效果好、重复性稳定的引物以介导不同来源的20个松茸子实体DNA的扩增,均得到清晰可辨的DNA指纹。分隔数据分析表明供试松茸在72%相似水平上聚成一大类,支持关于云南、四川、吉林的松茸是一个相同物种的结论。

Abstract:The DNA fingerprinting patterns of wild basidiocarps of matsutake in China were analyzed based on RAPD in this study.16 primers with good amplification and replication were screened from 40 primers.The 16 sets of DNA fingerprinting patterns were sharply made for 20 basidiocarps tested.Matsutakes tested were clustered together at 0.72 similarity level by UPGMA cluster analysis,and were demonstrated to be the same species Tricholoma matsutake,distrubuted in Yunnan,Sichuan and Jilin provinces of China.
