摘 要: | [目的]了解矮牵牛愈伤组织的耐盐能力。[方法]将矮牵牛嫩叶接种到8种不同盐浓度的MS培养基中培养,观察愈伤组织生长分化情况。[结果]当培养基盐度为0.4%时,矮牵牛愈伤组织诱导率与对照无差异;当培养基盐度为0.8%以下时,提高盐度能促进矮牵牛愈伤组织的芽分化率;当培养基盐度大于0.8%时,矮牵牛愈伤组织的生长分化受到抑制;当培养基盐度达到2.8%时,矮牵牛外植体全部死亡。[结论]矮牵牛愈伤组织可适应0.8%以下的盐度。

Abstract: | [Objective] To study the salt-tolerance ability of Petunia hybrida callus.[Method] The callus growth differentiation was observed by inoculating P.hybrida leaves into eight different salt concentrations MS medium for culture.[Result] In 0.4% salinity medium,P.hybrida callus induction rate is the same with control group;below 0.8%,improving salinity could promote bud differentiation rate of P.hybrida callus;above 0.8%,the growth differentiation could be inhibited;in the medium salinity reached 2.8%,P.hybrida explant all died.[Conclusion] P.hybrida callus can adapt to the salinity below 0.8%. |
