| 摘 要： | [目的]研究枇杷皮色素提取物的体外抗氧化活性。[方法]以总还原力、DPPH自由基和ABTS自由基清除作用、金属离子螯合作用为指标评价枇杷皮色素提取物的体外抗氧化活性。[结果]枇杷皮色素提取物具有一定抗氧化活性,各项抗氧化活性指标与样品量呈量效关系。色素提取物对DPPH自由基和ABTS自由基清除作用、金属离子螯合作用的IC50分别为253.69、81.23、273.42μl。[结论]枇杷皮色素提取物具有一定的体外抗氧化活性,可作为具抗氧化活性的天然色素进行开发利用。

| Abstract: | [ Objective ] The aim was to study the antioxidant activity of 10quat peel pigment extract in vitro. [ Method ] The antioxidant activity of loquat peel pigment extract in vitro was evaluated by total reducing power, scavenging capacity against DPP · and ABTS · , and metal chelating ability. [ Result] The loquat peel pigment extract exhibited some antioxidant activity in a concentration-dependent fashion. It had scavenging capacity against DPPH ~ , ABTS ~ , and metal chelating ability with 1C5o values of 253.69, 81.23,273.42 μl. [ Conclusion ] The loquat peel pigment extract exhibited some antioxidant activity in vitro. So, it could be taken as a kind of natural pigment with antioxidant ac- tivity for further development and utilization. |
