摘    要:目的]探讨氯化铝对雄性小鼠生殖细胞的遗传损伤作用。方法]选用雄性昆明种小鼠为研究对象,研究不同浓度的氯化铝腹腔染毒对小鼠睾丸脏器系数、精子数目、存活率、活动率、畸形率及精母细胞微核率的影响。结果]小鼠睾丸脏器系数、精子数量明显降低,小鼠精子存活率及活动能力也逐渐降低;精子畸形率和精母细胞的微核发生率也随之升高,各染毒组与对照组均有显著差异(P<0.01)。氯化铝可影响雄性小鼠的生长发育,干扰精子的发生和成熟,损伤小鼠生殖细胞的染色体。结论]氯化铝对雄性小鼠的生殖细胞具有明显的遗传损伤作用。

Hereditary Damages of Aluminum in Water Body to Male Mice

Abstract: Objective ] The research aimed to discuss the hereditary damages of aluminum chloride to the reproductive cells in male mice. Method] Male Kunming mice were selected as research objects to study the effects of abdomen exposure of aluminum chloride at different concentrations on the testis index, sperm quantity,sperm survival rate, sperm activity rate, sperm deformation rate and micronucleus rate of spermatocytes in mice. E Result] The testis index and the sperm quantity of mice obviously decreased. And so did the survival rate and activity rate of sperm cells. The deformation rate of sperm and micronucleus rate of spermatocytes increased and that in each poison group had signifi- cant differences with control group (P 〈 0.01 ). Aluminum chloride could influence the growth of male mice, disturb the spermatogenesis and maturity of sperm cells and damage the chromosome of reproductive cells in mice. Conclusion] Aluminum chloride had obvious hereditary damages to the reproductive cells in male mice.
