| 摘 要： | 学生企业实习既是专业知识升华的过程,又是专业技能提升的过程。以省级示范应用型本科高校安徽科技学院企业冠名特色班——"隆平种子班"为研究基点,探讨在校企联合制订教学计划、共同开发教学内容、深度合作育人模式下,以企业实习实训为抓手,实施专业核心课程作物育种技术的教学改革与体系优化,旨在培养学生良好的专业素养和突出的实践能力。
