摘    要:目的]为了修复受重金属污染的保护地土壤,提高蔬菜品质。方法]以秸秆添加工程菌为试验材料,在沈阳附近的保护地进行试验。结果]施用添加工程菌的秸秆不仅能提高蔬菜产量及品质,而且能抑制辣椒对铜、镉的吸收,有效降低土壤可溶态、交换态和表面结合态重金属含量。结论]简便、实用的土壤重金属修复是今后研究的重点。

Study of Microbial Remediation in Green House Vegetable Contaminated by Heavy Metals

Abstract: Objective ] The research aimed to study the effects of engineering bacteria on the remediation of heavy mental contaminated soil and the improvement of vegetables quality. Method] The experiment was conducted in greenhouse near Shenyang with the material of adding engineering bacteria to straw. Result] Using straw with engineering bacteria can not only improve vegetable yield and quality, but also con- strain the absorption of copper and cadmium of pepper and reduce the soluble , exchangeable and surface binding heavy mental content in soil. Conclusion] Simple and practical remediation of heavy methal contaminated soil is the focus of the research in the future.
