摘 要: | 目的]建立一种蚕天鹅中灭线磷和乙基谷硫磷2种有机磷农药残留的检测方法。方法]采用加温振荡萃取、气相色谱-火焰光度检测(GC-FPD)方法对蚕天鹅中灭线磷和乙基谷硫磷残留进行了快速检测。结果]灭线磷和乙基谷硫磷在0.02~0.80 mg/kg范围内线性关系均良好,相关系数(r2)分别为0.999 7和0.999 6,检出限分别为0.01和0.02 mg/kg;加标回收率为85%~105%,相对标准偏差为6.4%~11.9%。结论]该方法前处理简单、分析时间短、灵敏度高、回收率好、重现性较好,完全能满足检测要求。

Abstract: | Objective ] The aim was to establish a detection method of eth0prophos and azinphos ethyl in silkworm swan. Method] Residues of ethoprophos and azinphos ethyl in silkworm swan were detected by using heating oscillation extraction and gas chromatography flame photo- metric detection (GC-FPD). .Result ] Ethoprophos and azinphos ethyl in the :rahge of 0.02 - 0.80 mg/kg showed a good linear relationship, and their correlation coefficients Were 0.999 7 and 0.999 6, respectively ; their detection limits were 0.01 and 0.02 mg/kg. The recovery of ethoprophos and azinphos ethyl was 85% - 105%, and the relative standard deviation was 6.4% - 11.9%. Conclusion ] The method has simple pre- treatment, short analysis time, high sensitivity, good recovery and reproducibilitY~ SO it can satisfy the requirement of pesticide detection. |
