摘    要:目的]为了解土壤中有机氯类农药DDT降解过程中土壤微生物所起的作用。方法]采取从土壤中分离培养土著微生物的办法,筛选出耐受DDT的菌株,进行强化培养。在提供共代谢底物的条件下,研究它们与白腐真菌对土壤中DDT的降解效果。结果]在DDT的微生物降解过程中,加入有机质作为共代谢底物,可以使它们的降解效果大幅提高,而从土壤中筛选出的鞘氨醇杆菌属细菌(Sphingobacterium sp.)DB02,即使不加入有机质作为共代谢底物,对DDT仍有较好的降解效果。结论]与从土壤中分离出的土著微生物相比,白腐真菌对土壤中的DDT有更加显著的降解效果。

Study of Microbes Degradation of DDT in Soil

Abstract: Objective ] The research aimed to understand the role of microbes played in the process of the degradation of DDT in soil. Meth- od ] Indigenous micro-organisms were isolated and cultivated so that the strains that could tolerate DDT were screened and amplified. Then, the strains of Phanerochaete sp. , provided with co-metabolism substrate, were placed into the soil to degrade DDT, and the strains and the effect of the degradation were studied. Result] In the process of the degradation of DDT by the microbes, the degradation could be more effective if organic matter as the co-metabolism substrate was added. It was also obvious in the experiment that Sphingobacterium sp. , screened and classified before, degraded DDT in an excellent efficiency even if organic co-metabolism substrate wash' t supplied. Conclusion ] Compared with indigenous microbes isolated from soil, Phanerochaete sp. has better performance in the degradation of DDT in soil.
