犬脊髓造影用双北的效果评价

[目的]为临床诊断犬脊椎疾病提供科学理论和技术方法。[方法]通过对犬用双北进行脊髓造影的方法,探讨双北对犬脊髓疾病诊断的价值,研究双北脊髓造影的影像效果、延时效果和毒副作用。[结果]以0.45 ml/kg双北对犬脊髓造影时X光片的效果最佳,此时X线平片能满足临床诊断的要求,而拍照最佳时间为10～20 min。双北造影后在动物机体内的消失速度均与其造影浓度有关。[结论]0.45 ml/kg双北造影时的影像效果能满足临床诊断犬脊椎疾病的需要。

Evaluation on the Effect of Myelography with Iohexol

[ Objective ] The research aimed to provide theoretical basis and technical methods for the clinical diagnosis of canine vertebra dis- eases. [ Method ] Using myetography with iohexol for canine,the value of iohexol on the diagnosis of canine vertebra diseases were discussed. The image effect,delay effect and toxic effect of iohexol on the myelography were studied. [ Result] When 0.45 ml/kg iohexolin was used in myelogTaphy ,the effect of X -ray film was the best. X -ray film could meet the demands of the clinical diagnosis and the best time was 10 - 20 min. The dissolved speed of iohexol in animal body after myelography was related with the myelography concentration. [ Conclusion ] The im- age effect with 0.45 ml/kg iohexolin could meet the demands for the clinical diagnosis of canine vertebra diseases.
