云南省会泽县森林综合效益估测

利用国内外的评价指标,对会泽县森林的公益(生态、社会)和经济效益进行了量化评估.结果表明森林的生态、社会效益达11.0亿元,占综合效益的92.1%,直接经济效益0.94亿元,占综合效益的7.9%,而木材收益只相当于综合效益的3.9%;森林的公益效益相当于同年直接经济效益的11.65倍,是该县同年国民生产总值的93.6%,农业生产总值的2.47倍;森林的综合效益是近20年县财政造林投入的106倍.充分说明保护和发展森林资源,实现资源的可持续发展是经济社会可持续发展的基础.

Comprehensive Benefit Estimate of Forests in Huize County of Yunnan Province

The ecological, social and economic benefits of forests in Huize county were measured by using the estimate indexes widely used in the world.The results indicated that the ecological and social benefits accounted 92 1% of the comprehensive benefit; economic benefit only accounted 7 9%,while the benefits from timber accounted only 3 9%.The public benefit of forests in Huize county was 11 65 times of economic benefit,93 6% of gross national product,2 47 times of total output value of agriculture.The comprehensive benefit of forests in Huize county was 106 times of invest on reforestation during the past 20 years.The estimate showed that protecting and developing forest resources to attain the sustainable development of forest resources was the basis of economic and social sustainable development.
