摘 要: | [目的]了解红火蚁的存在及其数量对红火蚁发生区昆虫多样性的影响。[方法】2006年7~11月和2007年4~7月调查广西柳州市雒容镇红火蚁发生区的昆虫多样。共采集昆虫标本5086只,计208种,隶属10个目,65个科。在红火蚁发生区设置样地(样地I)为处理组,在生境相似的无红火蚁区设置另一样地(样地Ⅱ)作为对照组,每月调查两块样地的昆虫多样性。[结果]对照组样地Ⅱ的Shannon—Wiener多样性指数H’和Margalef丰富度指数dMa均大于处理组样地I,Simpson多样性指数D和Pielou均匀度指数I,在大多数月份大于处理组样地I。对H’、D、dMa、J的t检验结果表明:对照组样地的H’、D、dMa、J指数高,说明该样地昆虫群落相对稳定;与此相反,处理组样地的H'、D、dMa、J指数低,说明该样地的稳定性较差。[结论]红火蚁对环境昆虫多样性造成显著影响。

Study on the Insect Diversity in the Occurrence Area of Solenopsis invicta |

Abstract: | [ Objective ] The research aimed to verify the effects of the existence and quantity of Solenopsis invicta on the insect diversity in the occurrence area of S. invicta. [ Method ] Insect diversity in the occurrence area of S. iuvicta was investigated in Luorong Town, Liuzhou City, Guangxi Autonomous Region from July to November,2006 and April to July,2007. 5 086 individuals, which include 208 species of 65 families of 10 orders were collected. Sample plot I in the occurrence area of S. invicta was set up as treatment group and sample plot Ⅱ as a matched group in a non-occurrence area of S. invicta. The insect diversities in this two sample plots were investigated monthly then. [ Result] The re- suits showed that Shannon-Wiener index H' and Margalef abundant index dMa of sample plot II were higher than those of sample plot I ; Simpson index D and Pielou uniformity index J of sample plot Ⅱ in most months were higher than those of sample plot I . t test showed that Shannon- Wiener index H', Margalef abundant index dMa, Simpson index D and Pielou uniformity index J in sample plot ]I were higher. It explained that the insect colonies in sample plot II were stable. Those indices in sample plot I were lower. It explained that the stability of the insect colonies in the sample plot were going bad. [ Conclusion ] The study confirmed that S. invicta invading affected the insect diversity in the occurrence area significantly. |
