栒子组织培养快繁技术研究

摘    要:目的]为了建立栒子的组织培养快繁体系。方法]取栒子的侧芽消毒后,接种到1/2 MS培养基上,10 d后将生长健壮的栒子侧芽分别接种到含有不同浓度激素的MS培养基上,培养30 d后,从中筛选出增殖率最高的培养基配方 后将增殖出的芽切下,接种到含有不同浓度激素的伸长培养基上进行伸长培养,30 d后,从中筛选效果最好的培养基配方 将伸长后的芽接切下,接种到含有不同浓度生长激素的1/2 MS培养基上,培养60 d后,从中筛选生根效果最好的培养基。结果]栒子增殖率最高的培养基配方为MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+IAA 0.5 mg/L 伸长培养效果最好的培养基配方为MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+IAA 1.0 mg/L 生根效果最好的培养基为1/2 MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L。结论]该研究可以为栒子的繁殖推广奠定基础。
