| 摘 要： | 木素的存在及其分布对木材加工工业和制浆造纸业有着重要影响。该文对木素分布测定的主要方法和木素标记方法进行了论述,同时还对木素在针叶材、阔叶材和应力木中的局部分布进行了概述。迄今为止,没有一种单一的方法或联合方法能清晰明确地提供完全的木素及其分布的定量分析,对木素及其分布研究还有待于进一步完善。

| Abstract: | The presence of lignin and its distribution in wood cell wall has a significant effect on wood industry and pulp and paper making industry. In this paper, methods for analyzing the lignin distribution are discussed, including instrumental testing and element labeling techniques. In the meantime, lignin distribution in softwood, hardwood and reaction wood was also summarized. So far, no single method or combined methods can unambiguously provide complete quantitative analyses of lignin distribution. Therefore, further studies are needed to explore the complex structure of lignified cell wall. |
