| 摘 要： | 本实验对中华鳖不同组织器官的生化指标和八种微量元素分别进行了测定，并以牛蛙和鸡的相应指标做对照，结果分析表明：中华鳖裙边、肌肉、肝脏的氨基酸组成中，人体必需氨基酸的含量和比例都较对照高。肌肉及其它组织中微量元素锌、锰、硒等含量也较高

| Abstract: | Biochemistry indices and eigth kinds of trace element were tested on different tissue or organ from Trionyx sinensis, and compared with the indices of rana catesbeiana and hen. The results showed that the contents and ratio of essential amino acid in musle and liver were higher than those of the musle and liver were higher than those of the check, and the average contents of trace element Zn,Mn,Se in musle and other tissues were also higher. |
