摘    要:体育锻炼可以增强体质,但并非所有的负荷锻炼都有益于人体的健康,只有项目适宜的低能运动才有利于人体健康。因此,在体育锻炼中,为了大学生的身心健康,应选择项目适宜、耗能较低的健康锻炼

Abstract:We can build up our health through various physical exercises,however it is not true that all the physical exercise aer helpful to people's health .Only those proper programs,which consume low energy are helpful to people's health .Accordingly, college students should choose the health exercises which are proper and consume low energy to improve their health.
