贮前处理对蒜苔贮藏性的影响

摘    要:本文通过对蒜苔贮前处理环境条件的分析,结果表明:调运回的蒜苔,品种不同,应分别码放,且应及对放在4~5℃适宜环境下,并及时进行挑选分级,然后在0±0.5℃环境下进行预冷。这样有利于蒜苔的贮藏。

Abstract:Through analysis of environmental factors before garlic bolt storage, this paper showed that garlic bolt experienced with transport should pile up respectively according to its varieties,and put it on the optimal environment of 4-5℃ timely,pick up and size then percool in the condition of 0±0 5℃。This will benefit garlic bolt storage.
