棉花不同抗、感蚜虫品种的多酚氧化酶同工酶分析

摘    要:棉花不同抗、感蚜性品种的幼嫩花蕾多酚氧化酶(PPO)同工酶分析结果表明,感蚜品种酶带多,但弱带比例大。相反,抗蚜品种酶带少,且多为强带。a带(Rf0.01)、b带(Rf0.08)和d(Rf0.96)是各品种共有带,其带的峰值大小与抗蚜性呈正相关。UVP扫描分析结果显示,c带(Rf0.55)只存在于感蚜品种。本文结果可应用于棉花抗蚜性鉴定及其育种上。

Abstract:This paper presented the result of the study on polyphenol oxidase isozymes between resistant and susceptible cotton varieties to aphid (Aphis gossypii Glover) by PAGE. The total band number were more in the susceptible varieties than in the resistant varieties.However, the number of strong bands were less in the former than in the latter.All varieties had the band a (Rf0 01) b(Rf0 08) and d(Rf0 96).The peak intensity of the three bands was positive correlation to the resistance of cotton to aphid.The band c(Rf0 55) only existed in susceptible varieties,which was shown by UVP Gelworks System.The results of the study could be applied in the identification and breeding of cotton resistance to aphid.
