| 摘 要： | 本文以秋冬季腹泻的荷斯坦牛为研究对象进行采样,应用轮状病毒单克隆抗体检测其抗原,以检测粪便中的轮状病毒,探讨荷斯坦牛轮状病毒检测的临床价值及本地轮状病毒在不同年龄段荷斯坦牛中的流行情况。结果表明,2月龄以内的犊牛阳性率最高(45%),其次是3～6月龄和6月龄以上的奶牛,分别为36%和17%。表明本地荷斯坦牛轮状病毒感染已普遍存在,主要集中在6月龄以内的犊牛,6月龄以上的奶牛感染率较低。本试验为该地区今后荷斯坦牛轮状病毒的临床检测及其流行病学调查提供参考。

| Abstract: | This paper probes into clinical value of the Holstein rotavirus examination and the popularization situation of local rotavirus among holstein cows.Taking fall-winter diarrhea Holstein cows as the research subject to be sample,this paper applies the method of using the rotavirus monoclonal antibody to examine its antigen to examine rotavirus in the Holstein excrement.In the detaction of rotavirus in excrement of cattle,sheep and dog,the result shows that dog,s masculine gender rate is the highest,and that of cattles,and sheep,s are the next.This finding indicates that local rotavirus mainly concentrates on calf starters,which offers a reference to the examination of the Holstein rotavirus in clinical practice and the development of the Holstein rotavirus examination reagent box in the future. |
