双立轴式玉米秸秆还田装置切碎功耗的试验研究

摘    要:利用所设计的模拟田间作业的双立轴圆盘刀玉米秸秆还田装置试验台,研究了动刀刀端线速度、动刀类型、玉米茎秆直径对切碎功耗的影响,并对空转功耗进行了试验研究。研究结果表明:当动刀选用直线刀,动刀刀端线速度选为26~30m/s,可以降低切碎功耗且满足玉米秸秆切碎要求,为双立轴式玉米秸秆还田装置的设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The paper designed the chopper equipment with double vertical shafts.Using this equipment,it was investigated that the type and the cutting velocity of locomotors knife and the maize stalk diameter affected the cutting power.Idle power was also studied.The test showed it can decrease cutting power very much and achieve good cutting result when the locomotors knife was linear knife,the cutting velocity of locomotors knife was from 26 to 30 m/s.These provided the theoretical basis for design the machine of chopping stubble spread to field.
