光质对棕色棉棉铃发育及纤维品质形成的影响

摘    要: 以棕色棉为材料,通过采用红、黄、蓝紫、白(对照)滤光膜对棕色棉棉铃套袋处理,研究光质对棕色棉纤维品质及纤维合成相关酶活性的影响。试验结果表明: 红光处理能增加棕色棉的单铃体积、铃重,蓝紫光处理可使纤维绒长缩短,而经黄光处理衣分明显降低。经红、黄、蓝紫光处理,棉纤维中蔗糖合成酶(Sucrose synthase, SS)活性均有所增加。处理7 d时,分别比对照增加了38.41%, 35.83%,19.36%;而21 d时,分别增加了63.32%,38.31%,15.11%。在β-1,3-葡聚糖酶与吲哚乙酸氧化酶(IAA oxidase, IAAO)活性的表现上,红光处理能增加β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活性,降低IAAO活性,蓝紫光处理能增加IAAO活性,降低β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活性;经黄光处理,两种酶活性均下降,这可能是三种光质对棕色棉纤维品质产生影响的原因之一。

Abstract:The different light qualities on cotton were achieved by covering bolls with film filters in different colors (red, yellow, blue-violet and white). As comparing with the white light, the red light was capable of increasing the volume and weight of boll, the blue-violet light could shorten fiber length, and the yellow light could depress lint percentage distinctly. Additionally, three different lights were all favorable to increase activities of sucrose synthase in cotton fiber; as concerning activities of β-1, 3-glucanase and IAAO, the red light could increase the activity of β-1, 3-glucanase and depress the activity of IAAO, the blue-violet light influenced the two activities contrarily, and the yellow light depressed both of them.
