| 摘 要： | 畜牧环境影响评价是畜牧业健康、可持续发展的现实要求,其基本法律依据是《中华人民共和国环境影响评价法》。畜牧环境影响评价包括畜牧发展规划和畜牧建设项目两类环评,评价的重点内容及要求有所差异,其时序性与有效性国家和地方管理部门有规范性要求。建议重视畜牧建设项目的环评,同时应更加重视区域性发展规划和畜牧业发展规划的环评。

| Abstract: | The assessment of animal husbandry environment is the practical requirement for the healthy and sustainable development of animal husbandry which operates according to Law of the People's Republic of China on Environmental Impact Assessment.The assessment will focus on the development plan and the construction project of animal husbandry,and the focal points are different from the requirement.The effectiveness and order are standardized by the governmental and local administration.It's suggested that the environmental assessment on construction projects of animal husbandry should be given priority to as well as the regional development and development plan. |
