增城市土地资源可持续利用模式与对策研究

分析了增城市地资源利用中存在的主要问题，将增城市土地利用按地区分布和利用方式的差异归纳为城镇密集区，农地开敞区和生态建设区3种用地发展模式，根据土地资源可持续利用的基本原则采取不同的开发利用策略，并从规划，政策，管理等方面提出促进土地资源可持续利用的具体措施。

Study on the Sustainable Use of Land Resources in Zengcheng

The main problems of land resources use in Zengcheng were pointed out. According to the deviations in its natural geography features, current situation and development direction etc., the landuse of Zengcheng was distinguished into three kinds of development models ,including town agglomeration district model, cultivated land opening district model and ecological construction district model, which should be performed with different development strategies based on the fundamental principles for the sustainable use of land resources. some suggestions to promote the level of land resources sustainable use were provided.
