| 摘 要： | 研究了人胎儿肺间质干细胞染色体的制备方法,并对其染色体进行分析。结果表明,第5代细胞培养44 h,第15代细胞培养42 h,经终浓度0．025μg/mL秋水仙素作用2 h,0．075 mol/L KCl低渗25 min,正常核型比率最高,分别达到85．1%(171/201)和80．0％(172／215)。

| Abstract: | This paper researched the preparation method of human fetal lung marrow stem cells and then analyzed the chromosomes of this kind of cell. The results are following:the rate of normal karyotype of p5 and p15 amounts to 85. 1%(171/201) and 80. 0%(172/215) respectively. |
