摘    要:利用旋转涂膜的方法制备了结构为ITO/PEDOT∶PSS(40 nm)/P3HT∶PCBM(100 nm)/Al(30 nm)的聚合物太阳能电池,研究不同热处理方式对P3HT∶PCBM共混体系太阳能电池光电性能的影响.结果表明,热处理对器件的短路电流、开路电压、填充因子以及光学特性产生影响,其中热后处理(镀电极后热处理)的器件串联电阻极大地减小,短路电流密度较热前处理(镀电极前热处理)的器件有了很大的提高,由1.53 mA·cm-2提高到5.03 mA·cm-2,器件的能量转换效率提高了近3倍.

Abstract:Polymer solar cells consisting of ITO/PEDOT ∶ PSS(40 nm)/P3HT ∶ PCBM(100 nm)/Al(30 nm) were fabricated by spin coating.We studied the effect of P3HT ∶ PCBM blend system′s photovoltaic performance by dealing with different annealing treatments.It was found that annealing treatment made an impact on short circuit current density(Jsc),open circuit voltage(Voc),fill factor(FF) and optical property.Comparing with pre-annealled devices,series resistance(Rs) of devices that was post-annealled decreased sharply,and Jsc increased a lot from 1.53 mA·cm-2 to 5.03 mA·cm-2,meanwhile,its power conversion efficiency was promoted 3 times approximately.
