摘    要:应用实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(qPCR)的方法对不同茶树品种及萎凋过程中抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)基因的表达进行定量分析.结果表明:茶树不同品种APX基因的表达量存在显著差异,相对表达量变化范围为0.65 -5.69.6个茶树品种APX基因的相对表达量从大到小依次为毛蟹、福云6号、肉桂、福鼎大白茶、黄旦、铁观音;茶...

Abstract:Expression of ascorbate peroxidase(APX) gene in different tea cultivars and in the withering process of tea leaves was analyzed by fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qPCR) technology.It was showed that the expression amounts of APX gene in different tea cultivars were significantly different.The changing range of relative expression amounts was from 0.65 to 5.69.The ranking list of relative expression amounts of APX gene in 6 tea cultivars was: Maoxie>Fuyun 6>Rougui>Fudingdabaicha>Huangdan>Tieguanyin.In the process of tea withering,the expression amounts of APX gene increased at first,followed by a decline,and then increased again,finally decreased,and the change range of relative expression amounts was from 0.02 to 7.46;at the same time,the expression of APX gene was affected by the treatment of withering technique.
